About the Role...
As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the organization's marketing initiatives, from content creation to online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information within the eCommerce platform and ERP system.
  2. Content Development: Leading the creation of marketing content through market research and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
  3. Marketing Materials Support: Assisting in the production and updating of promotional materials, reports, and presentations.
  4. Website Management: Overseeing website updates and managing change requests to ensure timely implementation.
  5. Email Marketing: Coordinating email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.
  6. Vendor Management: Acting as the primary contact for third-party website developers and overseeing their work.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • While recent graduates are encouraged to apply, 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage product data across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
  • Technical proficiency in managing website updates and familiarity with email marketing tools.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit, willing to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
