- Product Data Management: Maintain and oversee product information within the eCommerce platform and ERP system to ensure precision and consistency.
- Content Development: Lead the creation of engaging content by conducting market research and collaborating with internal resources and subject-matter experts.
- Marketing Materials Support: Assist in the design and updating of client-facing promotional materials, quotes, reports, and presentations.
- Website Management: Manage and implement website change requests efficiently.
- Email Marketing: Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Vendor Management: Supervise the activities of external website developers, acting as the primary contact.
Qualifications and Skills...
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- While recent graduates are encouraged to apply, 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage product data accurately across various platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling content.
- Technical proficiency: comfortable with website updates and familiar with email marketing tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
