Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  3. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
  4. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to reach a wider audience.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and real estate.

Requirements:

  1. Licensed Realtor with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, such as Business or Communications.
  3. Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  5. Familiarity with online advertising platforms and social media marketing tools.
  6. Familiarity with Punjabi and Hindi language is an asset.
