About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SEHJAS HOMES LTD. as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the growth and development of employees from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
