Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst - Oil & Gas
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead our Service Management System Implementation project for a Midstream Oil & Gas client. This role offers a mix of office and remote work, providing the best of both worlds with 2-3 days in our downtown office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budget, scope, and schedule to ensure timely completion
- Handle resource assignments, requirements, contracts, and task plans to drive project success
- Ensure compliance, manage changes, and drive project benefits to meet client expectations
Additional Duties:
- Define project scope and goals in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Create project plans and communication documentation to facilitate effective project management
- Manage project timelines and milestones using tools like Microsoft Project Online to track progress
- Oversee project budget, vendor management, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Report project results and manage risks effectively to mitigate potential issues
- Build strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience with a focus on Service Management Systems
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA ITSM is highly desirable
- PMI, CMM, ISO, or CMMI certification is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in software applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Success-driven, client-focused, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with a focus on teamwork and communication
- Understanding of accounting practices to ensure financial management and reporting
