Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst - Oil & Gas - Brainhunter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team at Brainhunter. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI, CMM, ISO, and/or CMMI certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA ITSM, or other Service Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP O&M and Capital accounting practices and standards.
