Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishwashing areas.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any deficiencies.
  • Manage inventory levels of cutlery, dishware, and glassware, and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Clean and maintain washrooms and lobby areas.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cleaning, measuring, and preparing ingredients.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous kitchen experience an asset.
  • Food Safe certification an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
