About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in South Calgary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the South Calgary territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing new leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial or commercial sales experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of construction drawing and specifications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
