Recruitment Partners Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance their financial team. The successful candidate will be an independent thinker with a solid background in comprehensive financial oversight, budget formulation, and the establishment of internal control measures.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage all financial operations, encompassing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and banking activities.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts, alongside monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Offer strategic financial insights and cash flow management support to the company's leadership.
  • Facilitate and nurture financial relationships with stakeholders.
  • Compile year-end working documents and financial statements for various entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Create and document business policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
  • Assist in overseeing operational functions, which may include IT, property management, and human resources.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior accounting role or leadership position for at least 3 years is preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate office setting is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASPE.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing critical thinking and available resources.
