Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for our customers and staff.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
