Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, conduct performance reviews, and organize and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and balance cash and record sales.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
