Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Lodge Manager and be responsible for planning and directing on-site food preparation and cooking activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct on-site food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality food service.
  • Ensure adherence to standard kitchen operating procedures for food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to our company's standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate with the Lodge Manager to ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possession of current Food Safe Certification.
  • Red Seal Certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to perform duties in a safe and effective manner.
