Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Adept Landscape & Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and other landscape features
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas
  • Rake and collect refuse and debris
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers and trimmers
  • Perform other related tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
