We are seeking a highly skilled Department Supervisor to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to meet customer needs.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
- Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Non-smoking environment.
