Food Service Operations Manager

Coast Bastion Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Determine Services: Plan and implement operational procedures to determine the type of services to be offered.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food and beverage services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
