We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Case Worker. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of affective disorders, schizophrenia, and other serious psychiatric disorders, as well as their treatment using a comprehensive bio psychosocial model of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in an outreach case management modality to provide support and services to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively to meet critical deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues through verbal and written communication.
Education and Experience

Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant or a practicing RPN registrant is required. Two years of recent related experience and a valid Class 5 vehicle license are also necessary.
