Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Case Manager to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Field Case Manager, you will serve as a single point of contact for physicians, educating them on various program services and providing therapy guidelines to manage reimbursement expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and their staff to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Provide educational resources and support to physicians on program services, including therapy guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for risk and foster proactive quality improvement.
  • Travel to physician offices to provide in-clinic support and education.
  • Stay up-to-date on Continuous Medical Education (CME) events and report new activities to the team.
  • Adhere to Performance Standards and Procedures required by the program.
Requirements
  • Related degree or equivalent transferable skills.
  • Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical sales experience, managed care, or clinical support.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (required for province of Quebec).
  • Previous Case Manager experience is an asset.
  • Basic CCPE is an asset.
