About the Role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury beauty department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty.
  • Exceed sales and service targets by consistently delivering high-quality service and product knowledge.
  • Build a loyal customer base by acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.
  • Share expert product knowledge with the sales team and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
  • Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities, executing events, and making assortment recommendations.
  • Attend educational sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vendor information, and Holt Renfrew seminars.
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
  • Communicate regularly with customers through various channels to keep them informed about in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and birthdays.
  • Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management to address any issues outside of guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of two or more years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
  • Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

This role is eligible for commission in addition to base pay, with final compensation determined based on individual qualifications and contributions to the role.
