Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish client insurance coverage
  • Ensure appropriate forms and policy requirements are completed
  • Provide customer service
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries
  • Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages
Requirements:
  • Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property/casualty insurance, commercial insurance, individual insurance, automobile insurance, fire insurance, and house insurance
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
