About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel, to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
