Warehouse Relief Team Lead

The Warehouse Relief Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can provide direction, coaching, and training to warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performance standards, company policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct warehouse personnel to achieve performance standards
  • Assign duties, train procedures, and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Plan and organize daily operating functions and responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks, priorities, and responsibilities with other departments
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to achieve organizational results

Requirements:

  • Valid Forklift certification
  • Experience driving Standup Reach and Counterbalance Ryder forklifts
  • Focused on detail, accuracy, and inventory control
  • Scheduling flexibility and ability to work in a cool environment
  • Ability to work independently, well-organized, and effective judgment
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
  • Ability to make changes quickly and respond to unplanned situations
  • Proficient with computer applications and comfortable learning new systems
