Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
