Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote our products and services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
