Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Radha Business Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage Inventory: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for food, supplies, and labor.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and walk. You must be physically demanding and have excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
  • Language: English.
