About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Hire Hub Placement Agency. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring accurate and legible entries.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
