- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with company policies and industry standards.
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
Certifications and Qualifications- Security Guard License: The successful candidate must hold a valid Security Guard License.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently in response to emergency situations.
Personal Qualities and Skills- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with security personnel, management, and clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and submit reports and other documentation.

- Judgement and Organizational Skills: Strong judgement and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability and Teamwork: A strong commitment to reliability and teamwork, with the ability to work collaboratively with security personnel and other stakeholders.
