About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at OM Accounting Professional Corporation. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
