About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team at Ideal Air Inc. as a Financial Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance of books, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis software, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
