Job Title: Application Engineer

At Ethos Automation, we're building innovative automated solutions to tackle complex manufacturing challenges in the automotive industry. As an Application Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering turnkey automated systems and retrofits that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and assembly manufacturing teams to provide technical guidance and support.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications to meet project needs and ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  • Identify potential technical risks, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Represent the company at community and business events to enhance its reputation and support the Ethos corporate vision.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in applications engineering within the Automation industry.
  • University degree or college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Ability to motivate teams to deliver high-quality proposals within tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks; familiar with MS Office suite.
