Job Title: Mainframe Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of our mainframe systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach other business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units to develop and implement new systems and enhancements.
  • Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
  • Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
Requirements:
  • Senior level subject matter expertise in mainframe technologies, including IMS, Db2, VSAM, ICSF, Key management, SAS, MXG, PCOMM, VTAM, TPX, MULTSESS, TCPIP, SMF, SMS, Certificates, and ZOS operating system.
  • Experience in multiple business areas and on multiple project types.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
