Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agile teams to define requirements and prioritize features
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAFe practices
  • Guide teams in adhering to SAFe methodologies
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews

Requirements:

  • Strong background in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to guide teams in adhering to SAFe methodologies
  • Relevant certification in SAFe
  • Proven track record in a similar role

Benefits:

  • Temporary Contractor position
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience
  • 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
