Job Title: Vice President, Finance Shared Services

We are seeking a seasoned finance executive to lead our finance shared services function at People Corporation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing accounting leader with a proven track record of success in a complex, high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the finance shared services function across the organization, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial information and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Provide thought leadership, effective prioritization of deliverables, and set the future direction of the function.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and implement operational finance processes and procedures that align with operational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the month-end close process for the Company, enabling timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis that provides financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and motivate teams, encourage a culture of accountability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver change supporting the Company's priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
