Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, ensuring that our restaurants meet the expectations of our customers.

Manage Records and Inventory

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physically Demanding

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be physically active for long periods of time.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
