Part-Time Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity
Location: Etobicoke, ON

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic ultrasound images.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care according to the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario.
  • Produce and assess diagnostic ultrasound images.
  • Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Meet the qualifications and requirements outlined below.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a recognized Ultrasound program.
  • Current membership with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) in good standing.
  • Current registration with Sonography Canada and insurance coverage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound setting.
  • Proficiency in vascular anatomy, cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to ultrasound imaging.
  • Significant experience in abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, neuro, and interventional ultrasound procedures.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of hire.
