Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Enotecca Wineries and Resorts Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal financial performance
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain financial control systems
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns
  • Monitor financial control systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Accurate, organized, and a team player with strong values and ethics
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of accounting and financial planning
Working Conditions

  • Regular working hours with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Language and Work Environment
  • English is the primary language of communication
  • 30 hours per week with a permanent contract
