Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Evergreen Farming & Green House LTD. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our greenhouse, as well as assisting in the growth and harvesting of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain the greenhouse, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Crop Care: Assist in the growth and harvesting of crops, including planting, pruning, and watering.
  • Weeding and Pest Control: Remove weeds and pests from the greenhouse and surrounding areas.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of greenhouse activities, including temperature, humidity, and crop yields.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
