Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Greenhouse Labourer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our greenhouse facilities, as well as assisting in the care and maintenance of plants and crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Assist in the care and maintenance of plants and crops, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing
  • Perform weeding and other tasks as required to maintain a healthy and productive greenhouse environment
  • Assist in the preparation and application of insecticides and fungicides as needed
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the greenhouse
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a greenhouse or horticultural setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
