**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Reprocessing Technician to join our team at Groves Memorial Community Hospital. As a key member of our Sterile Processing Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient reprocessing of medical devices.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Knowledge of sterile department procedures, cross-infection control, and decontamination protocols
  • Successful completion of the Central Service Techniques Course
  • CSA Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in all areas of medical device reprocessing, including decontamination, sterilization, and packaging
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated aptitude for utmost accuracy; ability to adhere to strict procedures and protocols
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, often time-pressured environment
  • Satisfactory performance and attendance required
  • Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date
  • Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment, including providing proof of full COVID vaccination prior to being hired
