Position Overview

The Spa Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beauty services at LA MADEMOISELLE Nails N Spa. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage a team effectively while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the beauty or wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with special needs to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Order and manage supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for daily operations.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a small team, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures to optimize team performance.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
