Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to provide excellent service.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have enough resources to meet demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to provide an excellent experience for our guests.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and manage budgets and prepare reports to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure that we provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires physical demands, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
