Chief Financial Officer

DynaIndustrial is a leading engineering and manufacturing company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team and drive financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial controls and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Maximize financial performance through innovative process development and strategic planning
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled accounting professionals to maintain the general ledger and perform financial analysis
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
Requirements:
  • 10 years of professional accounting or finance experience
  • Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises)
  • Previous experience in public accounting with international accounting experience is highly valued
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing sector would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced financial management software
  • Working knowledge of federal and provincial tax regulations and compliance reporting
