Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

DynaIndustrial is a leading engineering and manufacturing company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial management and accounting functions, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial and controller functions, including risk management, strategic planning, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial controls and guidelines
  • Maximize efficiencies through innovative process development
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to protect company assets and policies
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy for accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management and accounting functions
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Hire, train, and supervise skilled accounting staff
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
Requirements:
  • 10 years of professional accounting or finance experience
  • Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises)
  • Previous experience in public accounting with international accounting experience is highly valued
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing sector would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced financial management software
  • Working knowledge of federal and provincial tax regulations and compliance reporting
