About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both our employees and job applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a positive and productive start to their employment.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, support, and training to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to management on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
