Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a positive and productive start to their employment.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, support, and training to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to management on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Language: English (fluency required).
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
