Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure that all vehicles are clean and well-maintained, including regular washing and minor repairs.
  • Transport Passengers: Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, using a variety of routes and modes of transportation.
  • Assist Passengers: Assist passengers with luggage and other needs, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Record Transactions: Accurately record all transactions, including fares and other revenue.
  • Provide Tourist Information: Provide basic tourist information to passengers, including recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Manage Complaints: Handle complaints or difficult passengers in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Security and Safety: Pass a criminal record check, driver's validity licence check, driving record check (abstract), and medical exam.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit for extended periods and possess good hand-eye coordination.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
