Job Title: Taxi Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Taxi Operator to join our team at Victoria Designated Driver Services Ltd. As a Taxi Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Pick up passengers and drive them to their destinations in a timely and safe manner.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide basic tourist information.
  • Collect fares and record transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints or difficult passengers professionally.

Requirements:

  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Criminal record check.
  • Driver's validity licence check.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
  • Medical exam.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Sitting.
