Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Analytics team—comprising over 200 dedicated professionals—you will leverage cutting-edge data technologies to propel strategic initiatives across our evolving business landscape. In this fast-paced, agile setting, you will work closely with dynamic, cross-functional teams, each dedicated to specific business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data validation processes.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in datasets.
  • Analyze data to uncover patterns and trends, generating actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain data models to facilitate promotional planning.
  • Design and uphold visually engaging dashboards.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring data architecture supports rapid growth and innovation.
  • Utilize extensive databases to resolve complex queries.
  • Derive insights from large datasets and present them in a manner that aids stakeholders and senior leaders in decision-making.
  • Promote data literacy and cultivate a culture of curiosity and informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and refine data-driven tools and applications that influence business strategies.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For:

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable navigating through ambiguity.
  • Strong attention to detail, committed to ensuring high-quality data and outputs.
  • Adventurous with data, continuously seeking innovative methods or tools to enhance understanding and outcomes.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with cloud platforms (GCP is a plus) and building data models with DBT.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by the ability to visualize data effectively (Tableau skills are a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Previous experience in a Retail or Hospitality role is advantageous, providing insight into the landscape for which you are designing data products.
