Role Overview:

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance teams in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and assigning daily tasks to the landscape maintenance crew. You will provide on-site training to crew members in line with Earthscape's operational standards and quality expectations. Additionally, you will plan labor and equipment needs, manage material deliveries, and ensure timely job completion. Your role will also involve making continuous improvement suggestions for client lawn and garden care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the landscape maintenance crew to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct on-site training to enhance crew skills and adherence to best practices.
  • Plan and manage labor and equipment requirements for various projects.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in all work areas.
  • Provide recommendations for improving lawn and garden care for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Alignment with Earthscape's core values: integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to client and coworker satisfaction.
  • Passion for horticulture, including knowledge of local plants and their maintenance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance and ornamental horticulture.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor team members.
  • Valid G Class driver's license.
