About the Role

Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Lead to join our team and lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to support our Order to Cash business function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions.
  • Work with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs.
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Responsible for working with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements.
  • May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions.
  • Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality.
  • Ensure integrity of all solutions through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Assist with prioritization of demand items in the O2C space.
  • Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
  • Proven leader that can build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Hands-on functional experience working in SAP applications/modules.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions.
  • Proven ability of SAP delivery planning.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders.
  • Outcome-driven.
