Nutrien is seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Record to Report business function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Work with senior business leaders to facilitate business strategy with technology
  • Responsible for working with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements
  • May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proven leader with hands-on functional experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO
