The successful candidate will bring a deep commitment to community and patient-centred care, as well as a strong track record of strategic leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HHS system, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors, senior team, physicians, staff, patient and family advisors, volunteers, and academic and community partners to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Manage a significant budget and complex unionized workforce.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of success as a strategic senior leader and visionary in a healthcare environment.
  • Extensive experience reporting to a Board of Directors, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional knowledge and insight into Ontario's evolving healthcare system.
  • Academic preparation at the Master's level, or equivalent.
